Full access admin is for servers only.

For Full access admin to work you need to be listed as a full access admin in the server document of the server you are connecting to (and where the NSF is hosted).

Then the menu option in the admin client will work as expected.

This will bypass the ACL/Enforce consistent ACL, but not local encryption.
